ADC Infrastructure is an employee owned business. Established in 2013 as a private limited company, in November 2025 we established a trust company, for the benefit of the employees, and transitioned to employee ownership. Our work ultimately rewards our staff, who own the business, and have a legally established right to be consulted on how we operate. It is our aim that those rights, and responsibilities, will result in a long term interest in the future of the business and hence its relationship with our clients and fellow collaborators.
